The training will be conducted ONLINE (via Webex) and is aimed at improving skills in working with AI tools.

AI in academic writing – generating abstracts, structuring research and working properly with AI tools.
Creating AI assistants – personalized models (GPT-4, Custom GPTs) for more efficient work and its automation.
Automating email communication – AI replies, message retrieval and linking to calendar other office applications.
Linking AI to low-code/no-code platforms – Make.com and automation of administrative tasks.
Automatic generation of meeting minutes – structuring and archiving information using AI.
Hands-on demonstrations and discussions – specific AI use case scenarios and experience sharing.
Course of each training: 2 hours lecture + 1 hour discussion (possibility to ask questions directly or in chat).
Important note: A CERTIFICATE of completion will be awarded to participants who complete at least two of the three training sessions.
The training is implemented within the framework of the project "One step forward with AI" implemented at the Faculty of Economics of TUKE from the funds of the Tatra banka Foundation.
